SLO MO SOFTWASH SURFACTANT FOR SODIUM HYPOCHLORITE IS 'THE ORIGINALULTRA THICK, SUPER CONCENTRATED, NON-HAZARDOUS, HYDROPHYLLIC AND VERY SOAPY.

PRESSURE WASHER PRODUCTS IS ALWAYS LOOKING OUT FOR PRODUCTS FOR OUR HARDWORKING CUSTOMERS.

WE WERE THE FIRST ONES TO CARRY THE HANG TITE AND THE FIRST ONES TO CARRY THE SLO MO SURFACTANT. WE WERE THE FIRST ONES TO PROVIDE WASHERS WITH SH STABLE FRAGRANCES AND CHOSE TO SEND YOU DIRECTLY TO HORIZON AROMATICS, CHEMIA, FLORACHEM OR NILUM TO BUY YOUR OWN FRAGRANCE AT QUITE A SAVINGS.

THIS IS THE THICKEST AND MOST CONCENTRATED SODIUM HYPOCHLORITE STABLE SOFTWASH SURFACTANT AVAILABLE.  WE DISCOVERED THAT THE AVERAGE RECIPE WILL USE LESS THAN A QUARTER AS MUCH REGULAR SURFACTANT SUCH AS  HANG TITE OR ANY OF THE OTHERS COMPARED TO USING SLO MO SOFTWASH SURFACTANT FOR SH.  THOSE WHOM RELY ON SHIPPED SURFACTANT WILL SEE A CONSIDERABLE SAVINGS USING MUCH LESS THAN A QUARTER OF SURFACTANT AT A GREAT PRICE.

ONE 5 GALLON BUCKET OF SLO MO SOFTWASH SURFACTANT TAKES THE PLACE OF 3-8 5 GALLON BUCKETS OF ALL THE OTHER SURFACTANTS.

MIx Ratio for Mixing Valves or Proportioners:  Add 64 ounces to 5 galons of water and stir to homogeneity.

Slo Mo is SUPER thick and more gooey than honey which will drastically increase dwell time.  It is easiest to handle in 5 gallon buckets. Add less than 1 ounce to 5 gallons of chemical when downstreaming or X-Jetting.  Don't be surprised to see a foamy chemical when you apply the Slo Mo mixed into solution.  However, when too much foam is seen, check the suction ports and suction lines on your pump.  Air may be getting in through a crack, fitting or hole.

YES, you can use this with your chemical mixing valves or proportioning mixing valves.  You may need to dilute the Slo Mo if you find that it is just too thick. You will be shocked at the savings.  Instead of paying for 3-6 buckets of surfactant and a drop or two of scent, buy a 5 gallon bucket of Slo Mo and use a tiny amount of the "Original Surfactant".

Using SLO MO SOFTWASH SURFACTANT FOR SODIUM HYPOCHLORITE will enhance the properties of Sodium Hypochlorite by changing the way the SH works into the surface. Instead of running off, SLO MO SOFTWASH SURFACTANT FOR SH, when mixed into solution with your SH, will break the surface tension of the shingles or tile, any roof surface, siding or horizontal surface to allow the product to permeate.  In a 100 gallon recipe for shingle roof cleaning containing 30 gallons of Sodium Hypochlorite and 69.5 gallons of water, add less than 8 ounces of SLO MO SOFTWASH SURFACTANT or 2 quarts of Hang Tite.  Mix thoroughly.  It is best to add the SLO MO SOFTWASH SURFACTANT to the tank first, then add Sodium Hypochlorite and finally add the water to make a whirlpool.  Driving to the site does not 'Mix' the surfactants into a homogenous solution.

The extremely postive and enthusiastic feedback keeps coming in!  Softwashers and pressure washers report the following:

"It sticks like glue."

"Adding Slo Mo to my mix is a game changer."

"Slo Mo is the bomb."

"It's the best stuff I've ever used."

"Rinses from windows clean without the white residue like those others."

Thank you for your interest in our Slo Mo Original Sodium Hypochlorite Stable Surfactant.  We do not offer a smaller quantity of the Slo Mo.   We DO NOT offer samples of Slo Mo.  Please DO NOT ASK FOR SAMPLES of Slo Mo.  It is EXTREMELY thick and takes a while to process and prepare.  We would need to raise the price on the 5 gallon buckets and drastically increase the cost of a smaller quantity in order to offer it.  We are a Family owned business with strong ethics and believe in fair practices.  We try very hard to keep prices low.  Browse our site and compare the prices of some of the things you use daily.  We receive extremely positive feedback from this product and it's price.  We can't force you to save money. This product has at least a two year shelf life kept out of the freeze.

One single 5 gallon bucket of Slo Mo Original SH Stable Surfactant will take the place of 3-6 (or more buckets of all the other surfactants).  What does that mean?   Let's say you buy this bucket for $79 and shipping is usually somewhere around $25-35 depending on your location.   Add the cost of the Slo Mo to the total cost of FedEx shipping:  $79 + $35 = $114.  Each bucket supplies a softwasher with at least 80, 8 ounce doses to treat 100 gallon recipe batches.  Each dose will cost the Slo Mo user $1.425 to treat 100 gallons of recipe.  Dawn dish soap or Gain dish soap costs more than the $1.43 per container.  The feedback has been overwhelmingly positive.  We've heard that guys need only 3 ounces per 100 gallons.  If you need Slo Mo for Down-streaming or X-Jetting or Softwashing, this product will pay for itself.

Please do not allow Slo Mo to freeze. If it does, it can be brought back to life!

If you live in the Pacific Northwest, shipping may cost as much as $50.  However, if you have been paying for buckets of thinner surfactants, shipped frequently and using much more, you will see quite a savings.  Overages in shipping are refunded promptly.  If you have question regarding shipping costs, please email Rex@PressureWasherProducts.com for the fastest reply.

Did you know?

Pressure Washer Products was the FIRST to offer Sodium Hypochlorite Stable Surfactants.
Yes, it began right here!
We continue to strive to save our hardworking customer-family money.

Do you need a fragrance to cover or mask the smell of sodium hypochlorite?  Do you want to buy it directly from the manufacturer?  Pressure Washer Products is different!  We were the FIRST ones to carry the sodium hypochlorite stable surfactants.  Mix the fragrance and a surfactant and watch your savings grow.  Suppliers are using fragrances supplied by companies such as Horizon Aromatics, Chemia, Nilum or FloraChem.  These companies will be happy to sell directly to you.  Cut out the middle man.  Fragrances range from $0.25 to $14.99 per pound.  The more you pay to the manufacturer of the fragrances, the stronger the fragrance may be or better job the fragrance does of masking the sodium hypochlorite odor.

This is a great company!  Keep in mind that this is a fragrance and it will be expensive because YOU are in CONTROL of the RATIOS.  Ask for the samples and buy your favorite fragrance directly from the manufacturer.

Tile Roof Washes:
In a 100 gallon container, thoroughly mix the following:
50 gallons of 10-12% FRESH Sodium Hypochlorite
49 gallons of cool water (NEVER hot water)
4-8 ounces of Slo Mo Softwash Surfactant   (or 2 quarts of Hang Tite)

Shingle or Composite Roofs:

In a 100 gallon container, thoroughly mix the following:
30 gallons of 10-12% FRESH Sodium Hypochlorite
69 gallons of cool water (NEVER hot water)
4-8 ounces of Slo Mo Softwash Surfactant  (or 2 quarts of Hang Tite)

Metal Roofs:
In a 100 gallon container, thoroughly mix the following:
20 gallons of 10-12% FRESH Sodium Hypochlorite
79 gallons of cool water (NEVER hot water)
4-8 ounces of Slo Mo Softwash Surfactant (or 2 quarts of Hang Tite)
Rinse QUICKLY and hit it with a water based wax or water based tire dressing for a wet look

House-washing including Vinyl Siding, Brick, Hardie Plank or Siding and Stucco:  Use a watered down version of the roof wash by adding more water and using your softwash system OR your downstream chemical injector or X-Jet and your pressure washer.  (Downstream injector:  Extend the length of your 1/4" injector pickup hose to allow you to drop it into your roof wash tank.  Most downstream injectors will pick-up a solution that is up to 20% of your roof wash mix.  Use your 0030, 0040, 0050, 0060, or 0070 nozzle to apply soapy mixtures under eaves many stories up without needing a ladder.  The XJet adjustable nozzle will allow you to shoot up high and in front of you having five nozzles in one by twisting the nozzle.  Look for part 7013, 7019 or 7020.  The JROD assemblies are great tools for reaching heights.  We gather nozzles together based on your gpm and pressure.  Look for 6540-4, 6540-5, 6540-8.  X-Jet:  Place roof wash mix in your container and allow the X-Jet to apply a diluted ratio of your mix to the house.)

If you need to remove a large number of spider webs or eggs that usually require brushing, use a more concentrated version of the house-wash mix to DISSOLVE the spider webs and eggs.  Our Stampede Plus added to your mix helps remove this mess!

Irrigation Rust:
(Not for Rust from Metal Rust, Like Chairs or Tables or Rust Stains from Vehicle Radiators)
Oxalic Acid Powder or Granules 99% (Purchased locally in a 50 pound bag, white powder;  Active ingredient in Rust-Aid)
Mix 8 ounces up to 1 pound of Oxalic Acid per 1 gallon of  WARM or HOT Water (heated water helps to dissolve powders)
Add Slo Mo Softwash Surfactant, Hang Tite or Dawn dish soap to use as a wetting agent even for horizontal surfaces
Mix Thoroughly
Use a pump up sprayer to apply to irrigation rust.  When applied to the rust, it should bubble up (similar to using hydrogen peroxide on a flesh wound)
Rinse THOROUGHLY
Let DRY completely between coats for best results
DO NOT MIX WITH ROOF WASH, SODIUM HYPOCHLORITE, SODIUM PERCARBONATE OR A HIGH PH SOAP.

Cedar Shingles, Wood Siding, etc. (2 STEPS)
Research the wood structure based on the wood species you are cleaning.  Wood can be cleaned with a weaker solution of Sodium Hypochlorite.  A strong solution of Sodium Hypochlorite or Bleach incorrectly applied to a wooden surface will permanently damage the wood breaking down the cellulose or structure of the wood and remove the natural colors and tones.  A wooden surface is similar to your face.  It requires a cleaning, sloughing off, moisturizing and sealing.  Become familiar with the wood surface you are working with, ask respected industry experts, test multiple spots in inconspicuous areas and take before and after photos.  Cedar wood can be cleaned effectively with 800 psi and 1000 psi using the 25 and 40 degree spray nozzles.

1.  FIRST STEP~CLEAN
6 ounces of Sodium Percarbonate per gallon (Sodium Percarbonate purchased locally in a 50 pound bag, white powder)
1 ounce of Caustic Soda or Sodium Hydroxide (Purchased locally in a 50 pound bag, white powder, granules or flakes)
Slo Mo Softwash Surfactant (less than one ounce per batch)
     Mix THOROUGHLY
     Rinse THOROUGHLY
2.  SECOND STEP~NEUTRALIZE
DO NOT USE SAME SPRAYER FOR BOTH STEPS.  Combination of two chemicals in first and second steps will cause combustion to occur.
6 ounces of Oxalic Acid Powder or Granules 99% per 1 gallon of WARM or HOT Water  (Purchased locally in a 50 pound bag, white powder;  Active ingredient in Rust-Aid)
Slo Mo Softwash Surfactant (less than one ounce per batch)
     Mix THOROUGHLY
Rinse THOROUGHLY using apressure washer with a larger orifice, a 40 degree nozzle putting out between 800-1000 psi.

CAUTION:  TriSodiumPhosphate or TSP is a white powder often used to etch the layer of gloss on painted or shiny surfaces and frequently used as a cleaning and degreasing agent in paint preparation.
Avoid adding TSP to your soft-wash mixes for two primary reasons:
1.  If left to accidentally dry on glossy surfaces such as windows or shiny gutter or garage doors, TSP will cause permanent damage to the shiny surfaces and 'degloss' paint or glass and stain metal and cement surfaces.
2.  Use of TSP will give the possibility of violating the Clean Water Act or CWA.   If evidence of pollution by TSP or other pollutant by your company's services cause a fish kill, waterway plant death, eutrophication of nearby bodies of fresh or salt water, you may be held liable.  It is rare but can cost thousands in fines as warnings are almost never heard of.   Many states only allow the sale of a TSP substitute.
