Are you loosing nozzles?  Having a hard time digging into your pocket to find the right nozzle when your hand is wet?  The TriBanger is a nozzle holder that will hold 3 of the 1/4 MEG nozzles.  The TriBanger is the most popular nozzle holder for roof cleaning or softwashing.  Most washers install a 00, 15 degree and a 25 or 40 degree 1/4 MEG threaded nozzle in the TriBanger. The Tribanger is composed of 3 (three) General Pump female plugs in stainless steel.  For the best connection, use a high quality General Pump brand socket or coupler in stainless steel.

The TriBanger is best suited for the All-Flo air diaphragm pump for roof cleaning and softwashing.  Use a 0015 or 0020, 1520 and a 2525 1/4 MEG nozzles installed in the TriBanger to control the flow and prevent run-off or overspray as well as conserving chemical.  The All-Flo air diaphragm roof cleaning system is the ONLY SYSTEM offered that will allow the operator to control the flow by "Nozzle-ing Down" or choosing a smaller nozzle orifice to find the best flow rate for the application.  Unlike all other roof cleaning and softwash systems, the All-Flo air diaphragm system can be used with a chemical use pressure washer gun, PVC ball valve, garden sprayer or any kind of applicator that will hold up to the chemicals used in the industry.

The Tribanger is extremely popular with 12 Volts pumps such as the Delavan 5850, Fatboy and the Everflo EF5500.  Use three nozzles NO SMALLER THAN the 0040, 1540, 2540, 4040 and 6540 when using a 5 gpm diaphragm pump such as the Delavan 5850 or the Everflo EF5500 with a 5/8" ID chemical hose.  Use nozzles NO SMALLER THAN the 0050, 1560, 2560, 4060 and 6560 installed on the TriBanger when operating the Delavan Fatboy pump and 5/8" ID or 3/4" ID chemical hose.

Pressure washers choose the DualBanger over the TriBanger and QuadBanger or JROD.  You may choose to install a 0040 nozzle to shoot soap or chemical several stories high without having to use a ladder or that awkward extension wand or yellow noodle, a 15 or 25 degree high pressure nozzle suited to your gpm and pressure as well as a larger 25 degree nozzle (larger orifice approximately 5 to 10 sizes than the one you use to pressure wash) to act as a water broom.

These nozzles holders are great for 8 gpm pressure washers.  We recommend using nozzles installed in this holder to allow you to apply soap up high, rinse up high, use high pressure in a narrow and wider spray pattern.

Paired with 8 gpm @ 3500 psi, try out the following 1/4" meg nozzles to apply soap or rinse like a fire hose:  0040, 0050, 0060, 0070, 0080, 0090.

To apply soap or rinse at low pressure with 8 gpm @ 3500 psi, try the following 1/4" meg nozzles:  1540, 2540, 4040, 6540, 1550, 2550, 4050, 6550, 1560, 2560, 4060, 6560 and larger.

To avoid needing to use an extension wand or ladder with your 8 gpm @ 3500 psi pressure washer to shoot far using a little pressure (knocking down bee's nests) try the following 1/4" meg nozzles:  0012, 0015, 0515, 0020 and 0025.

To rinse off the sidewalk after using the surface cleaner with 8 gpm @ 3500 psi use a 2520, 2525 or 2530 1/4" meg nozzle.

When trying to size nozzles appropriately for less gallons per minute, drop down several nozzle orifices from the nozzles listed above.  Should you need assistance with choosing the nozzles, call or email us.  We are happy to help you save time and money by choosing the correct nozzle for the job.

Never use a nozzle smaller than the nozzle chart selects for your gallons per minute and pressure.  For example, 8 gpm @ 3500 psi requires an 8.5 orifice nozzle.
