At this time, PRESSURE WASHER PRODUCTS ships merchandise to locations within the continental United States and to some international locations excluding Canada. PRESSURE WASHER PRODUCTS ships to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam and the US Virgin Islands. Due to the guidelines of Proposition 65, Pressure Washer Products will not ship to California. Pressure Washer Products can not drop ship to Hawaii, Illinois, Louisiana, Maryland, Washington and Washington D.C. At The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Website pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. Our policy of requesting email verification of verbal orders is the only way we can assure orders will be processed correctly. Verbal orders require a photo of the driver's license front and back and a photo of the card (front and back) be emailed for verification. PWP requires signatures on all shipped orders.
Shipping Stock Orders: Orders received by 11:00 a.m. E.S.T. will be shipped same day whenever possible, Monday through Friday. In the case of unforeseen circumstances such as mechanical failure, power outages, weather related problems, or other emergencies, your order may not be shipped that day, but will ship as soon as possible (Except Fridays or the day before holidays). Most PWP shipments are via FedEx, UPS or USPS Priority, unless otherwise requested. Freight charges are prepaid and added to the invoice unless other arrangements are requested by the customer.
Shipping via the US Postal Service: In the continental US, we will usually ship an order under one pound via the USPS at our discretion. We ship using the best cost savings advantage to the customer. The customer will accept responsibility of package arrival and receipt. If a package is lost, the customer is responsible for paying for the lost item. Please request and purchase a signature requirement or tracking service if needed. Packages over 1 lb will ship via FedEx unless otherwise requested.
Shipping Errors and Damages: Any shortages or wrong product shipments should be reported immediately upon receipt to our customer service department via email to WebSales@PressureWasherProducts.com. Any package received damaged or appear to have damage caused by the shipping or freight company should be reported to your delivery person or freight company for inspection, then reported to PWP. Please take a generous number of photographs of all boxes, packing materials, damaged items and all items (not damaged as well) in the shipment. Retain possession of all packaging materials and email photographs to Sales@PressureWasherProducts.com. File the insurance claim with FedEx, USPS or the freight company. If the shipment is critically damaged, it is best to refuse the delivery. Once you accept the delivery, you accept the damaged goods and retain possession and ownership. Local Pick-Ups or Verbal Orders: Please bring or provide a valid driver's license, passport and secondary form of identification. You may provide a government identification card such as concealed weapons permit or voter's ID card. We will not accept duplicates or copies.

Products returned for warranty consideration will be sent back to the manufacturer for final disposition. We realize this may place a hardship on you. The manufacturer is the only one who can determine a defective product. PLEASE NOTE: Most accessory items have a short 90 day to 6 month warranty period. Please check before replacing any item.
Warranty Procedures:
1. To expedite the process, please have your PWP invoice number, date of invoice and documentation available when you call (727-562-5488) Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm EST. A copy of the invoice or documentation must be enclosed with the returned item.
2. A (R)return (M)merchandise (A)authorization (RMA) must be secured from PWP before any item can be returned.
3. RMA number must be displayed on the outside of box.
4. The customer is responsible for the shipping or freight to the manufacturer or PWP for warranty items. Shipping is never refunded.
5. Manufacturers have the choice of repairing or replacing damaged item or issuing credit.
6. If upon submission of an item for warranty consideration, the customer wants a replacement immediately, PWP will ship the replacement and invoice the customer.
7. If the manufacturer denies the warranty or repairs or replaces the defected item, the customer is responsible for the payment of the defective item and the replacement item.
8. If the manufacturer issues a credit for the defective item, PWP will issue a credit to the customer. No credit will be issued by PWP until one is received from the manufacturer.
9. PWP aims for 100% customer satisfaction. We understand your frustration. Please follow the procedure, remain positive and look forward to a resolution.
Returned Merchandise / Change Your Mind / Did Not Need: PWP reserves the right to charge a 20% restock fee for any returned item. All returns not in the original packing will be refused. All items must be returned in original packaging, including the packaging material, in perfect, resale condition.
Pressure Washer Products does not accept returns on the following items: all special ordered electrical components, all electrical components of any kind, pressure washers, hot boxes, custom cut and crimped hoses, custom cut length hose of any kind and custom or special order equipment.

6. Special orders are those items not ordinarily stocked by PWP. Some manufacturers have a no return policy on special items.
7. Orders for an item which is beyond the normal stocking level of PWP will be subject to the same return policies of a special order.
Shipping Errors: PWP shall not be responsible for any damage caused by the use of, or availability of products supplied by PWP, including damage to equipment, or personnel, lost profits, or any incidental or consequential damages, even if said damage was caused by the installation of incorrect parts which were shipped in error. It is the customer's responsibility to determine the appropriate products for an intended use and verify correct products have been received. If an item is shipped in error by PWP, PWP will pay the freight to have it returned and the correct item will be shipped with no additional freight charged. If an item is shipped in error by our vendor, we will have the manufacturer accept responsibility for the return shipping charges and ship the correct item to you at no additional freight.
ORDERS CANCELLED AFTER PLACEMENT SUCH AS SPECIAL OR SPECIALTY ITEM(S), WITH EXCEPTION OF (NON-STOCKED HOSE REELS), CUSTOMER WILL BE CHARGED A 20% NON-REFUNDABLE RESTOCK FEE. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Freight Charges: With internet access to UPS/FedEx published rates, discrepancies appear between the "billed" weight and "actual" weight of shipments. This is the result of additional charges by the carrier, such as home delivery, rural delivery, over-sized packages and dim weighted packages. These are additional charges which are NOT calculated into the internet prices.

PWP will be closed in observance of the following US National Holidays, New Years Eve, New Years Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.
