Pressure Washer Products is proud to offer the All-Flo 1/2" Kynar air diaphragm pump assembled in the United States of America for PWP for use specifically for use with soft wash chemicals. This is the only pump type on the market that will allow the operator to fully control the flow by using any nozzle size suitable for the job. The soft washer, chemical applicator, or roof washer can choose to use any nozzle orifice of 1.0 to wide open at 90. We recommend orifices from 15-35 in spray patterns ranging from 0 to 25 or sometimes 40 for best results.
Viton diaphragms are not the best choice because of the following reasons according to All-Flo: Santoprene and other thermal plastic elastomers (TPE) will have a very long flex life due to the nature of the material. This is especially apparent when comparing them to FKM and PTFE diaphragms, which tend to have a low flex life. When selecting a diaphragm, chemical compatibility and the natural flex life should be considered. In most cases, a “B” rated Santoprene, or other TPE will outlast an “a” rated FKM (Viton) or PTFE diaphragm. This is because both the “A” and “B” rated diaphragms will normally fail due to their natural flex life before they experience chemical issues.
PTFE should predominantly be used when a TPE is not chemically compatible with the process fluid, and FKM (Viton) is traditionally used for high-temperature applications that go above the other materials' maximum temperature limits. In short, Santoprene has a high flex life and FKM (Viton) has a very low flex life with flex life being its weakness.
Most users pair this 17 GPM 'Cadillac of soft wash pumps' with a minimum 200' of 1/2" or 200' of 5/8" ID Flex Tech RT soft wash chemical hose, a 1/2" PVC ball valve or chlorine gun, a 4318S full frame Titan hose reel, and a 6540-17 (JROD) to allow the operator to reach about 25-50' on a roof.
PWP recommends adding Slo Mo 'Original' soft wash surfactant to your recipe to save time and money. When Slo Mo is added to your recipe, it 'grabs on' to the chemical and helps to work it into the vertical or horizontal surface. Some say that their mix is stronger. However, nothing can increase the strength of sodium hypochlorite. Sodium hypochlorite can only be made more effective by the addition of an excellent, biodegradable surfactant. Every Slo Mo user reports using fewer chemicals by making less passes and losing fewer chemicals to run-off.
Before you consider any other brand other than All-Flo, ensure that you are buying a comparable pump. This 1/2" Kynar-bodied pump with Santoprene diaphragms is a whopping 17 GPM!
Use anti-seize when assembling the stainless components of this pump.

The operator can use the pump to clean and transfer the chemical to a truck or trailer rig instead of hand pumping or purchasing another pump to do the job.
The operator can use any applicator such as a 1/2" PVC ball valve, garden hose spray nozzle, or pressure washer gun connected to a minimum of 200' of 1/2"or 5/8" ID Flex Tech RT chemical hose to apply the chemical.
This pump may provide the user with 25'-50' of flow reach!!!!! Not bad for a pump with a 5-year warranty and full control over flow.
All-Flo pump owners must use the correct regulator/filter (AFRS) to protect the pump.
Install the regulator per the directions included with the packaging. The arrow on the regulator must point to the pump or the regulator will release air. Drain and clean the filter daily. Using the filter/regulator and gauge will prevent over-pressurization of the pump when set to 80 psi maximum. The filter should be cleaned daily. It can be installed anywhere on the air hose leading to the pump but closer to the compressor is best.
We recommend installing one of our custom lengths of air hose (HA06-12) on your compressor and threading the other end into one of the open ports of the filter/regulator. Install a Motorguard M-30 or M-45 water separator available on Amazon.
The 1/2" All-Flo air-operated diaphragm pump requires a minimum of 6.5 gas horsepower air compressor or a minimum of 11 cfm at 90 psi. A higher HP compressor is also suitable for powering the pump. Using a lesser HP compressor will not allow for maximum output from your pump. This is critical for operators requiring all 17 GPM and those requiring maximum shooting or spray distance range.

We recommend using 5/8" ID chemical hose available in custom lengths of yellow Spiralite ag hose and our blue, red, or yellow Flex Tech RT or blue or red Kuri Tec lightweight chemical hose. The Spiralite, Flex Tech RT, and Kuri Tec are *A* rated* for use will all soft wash chemicals. The most common length is a continuous 200' piece with crimped-on hose barbs in 316 stainless steels using one of our crimpers in-house.
Each All-Flo pump is backed by a 5-year warranty and tested before shipment.
Your All-Flo double diaphragm pump is warranted to the original user against defects in workmanship or materials under normal use (rental use excluded) for five years after the purchase date. Any pump that is determined to be defective in material and workmanship and returned to All-Flo Pump Company, LLC, shipping costs prepaid, will be repaired, or replaced at All-Flo’s option.
This warranty does NOT cover the failure of parts or components due to normal wear or damage or failure which in the judgment of All-Flo arises from misuse, abrasion, corrosion, negligence, accidental damage, faulty installation, or tampering. If All-Flo inspection discloses no defect in material or workmanship, repair or replacement and return will be made at customary charges.
