4322H Titan Aluminum 22" Full Frame Hose Reel 1/2” Steel Manifold
4322H full frame Titan Products manual hose reel with upgraded 1/2" FPT super swivel (5881) with Zerk fitting and 1/2" ID steel manifold suitable for pressure washing and non-corrosive chemicals. The TT4322H is a very beefy, stackable hose reel we offer to our pressure washers. It is the perfect size to wrap up your water supply hose on for a 6 GPM and under pressure washer. This reel can be stacked with another reel of the same width on top or below using a Titan Products stack kit (TT7054).
We offer the reel with the upgraded 1/2" FPT super swivel (5881) with a zerk fitting instead of the standard swivel CNC'ed in-house by Titan. Please leave a note at checkout.
If no note is left, we will send either swivel. We discovered over the years that the super swivel lasts longer when exposed to hot, high-pressure water because it can be maintained with a grease gun. The 1/2" steel manifold is connected to the swivel and runs through the center of the reel and makes up the wetted components. As with most belongings in life, the better we take care of them, the longer they last.
You need two reducing bushings (2578) and a street 45- high pressure (3361) plus a two-wire jump for this reel. If your pressure washer has a plug on the outlet, you need a 3/8" female socket (4630), a 3/8" female plug (4959) and a 3/8" male plug (4960) to install the jump hose to this reel.
If you are trying to choose between the full frame Titan hose reel and the U-channel series, consider the following:
- The lock is standard on this reel and all manual reels in the 4300 and full frame series. The U-channel reels (4800 series) do not offer the hose reel lock in the standard build, but a bungee cord can be wrapped around the hose to prevent unravelling down the road.
- The full frame can handle a bit more abuse and pulling hose from the sides without 'tweaking' the reel. The full frame reels can be stacked easily, and the U-channel cannot. The U-channel can be more easily mounted on the side railing of an open trailer without requiring too much fabrication while the full frame reels require a bigger support footprint.

A custom length of hose can be assembled in just about any hose we can get our hands on. We can offer a wide assortment of hose ends. We always recommend a two wire (R2) high pressure hose from your unloader on your pressure washer to the hose reel.
