3/4" Barb Original PVC Slotted Inlet Filter For Sodium Hypochlorite

       This is an original slotted PVC filter approximately 1" x 8"-12" long.  A 3/4" SCH 80 hose barb is included with the purchase. This original slotted PVC filter is suitable for low pressure pumps with a 3/8" suction port such as the 3/8" air diaphragm pump. This filter is finely slotted and allows for tremendous flow. Beware of filters that offer a nylon screen or low grade stainless steel screen over the PVC. The nylon and SS screen will break down quickly and end up sucked into the pump.

       Installed with an elbow for top draw from tank and to allow user to fit the slotted filter end into the bung opening of a 55 gallon drum.

FYI: The general rule of thumb when plumbing a pump is as follows:

       Double the hose inner diameter in comparison to the pump inlet and always use non-collapsible hose.
