     4812H U-channel Titan Products manual hose reel with upgraded 1/2" FPT super swivel (5881) with zerk fitting and 1/2" ID steel manifold suitable for pressure washing and non-corrosive chemicals. The 4812H is a u-channel slim-line hose reel. This is a great reel for pressure washer hose and can easily be mounted to the passenger side railing of an open trailer with minimal fabrication. Any of these reels can be mounted upside down to a properly reinforced infra-structure.

     You need two reducing bushings (2578) and a street 45- high presure (3361) plus a two-wire jump for this reel.

     If your pressure washer has a plug on the outlet, you need a 3/8" female socket (4630), a 3/8" female plug (4959) and a 3/8" male plug (4960) to install the jump hose to this reel.

Full Frame vs. U-Channel :

  • The full frame can handle a bit more abuse and pulling hose from the sides without 'tweaking' the reel.
  • The full frame reels can be stacked easily, and the u-channel cannot.
  • The u-channel can be more easily mounted on the side railing of an open trailer without requiring too much fabrication while the full frame reels require a bigger support footprint. 

     We suggest pairing this reel with one of our custom base plates to help you reach a more ergonomic position when manually operating this reel. We can also fabricate a base plate to meet your specific equipment needs.

 

 Capacity:

      Holds 425' of 1/4", 300' of 3/8" high pressure or low pressure hose, 200' of 1/2" high or low pressure hose, Flex Tech RT, Kuri Tech or yellow AG-hose with crimped on stainless steel ends or 150' of 5/8" id, Flex Tech RT, Kuri Tech or yellow Ag hose with crimped on stainless steel-hose ends we can cut a jump hose to your exact length and crimp on the hose ends for both high pressure and low pressure hose.

      A custom length of hose can be assembled in just about any hose we can get our hands on. We can offer a wide assortment of hose ends.

     We always recommend a two wire (R2) high pressure hose from your unloader on your pressure washer to the hose reel.

This reel has the estimated capacity to hold the following hose inner diameter hose lengths:

  • 425' of 1/4"
  • 300' of 3/8"
  • 200' of 1/2"
  • 150' of 5/8".
